Can't believe the title of this post. Alaska has 4 times more Native Americans than blacks and more Asians than blacks. There were more blacks in the 1 square mile of the old Cabrini Green by BO old stomping grounds than there are in over 500,000 squrae miles in Alaska.
If I were the governor of Alaska, and a member of my team said "Hey we have to get a token black guy in our administration" I'd say "Go ahead appoint one if you can find one."
