I would think there are better games to look at IMHO. For this one it seems there are too many variables...
Buffalo is coming off a bye, and will be all rested. Edwards was also fortunate for the extra time and healed from a concussion. I'm not sure if concussions just go away though, so I have to agree with your "fuzzy" point, tack on the worry of getting hit again and you get a nervous QB. and quite possibly another cameo appearance from Losman... Oy.
As well, Buffalo hasn'tpalyed a division game yet, and after this one they have 3 in a row against 3 teams capable of beating them.. YAH YAH..even NE-sorta..
Juron is a good coach and gets his team focussed every week, but I can't help thinking that he at least spent some time thinking about those games over the last 2 weeks.
On the SD side, we have a team that played well last week, who might very well be over rated as a result. They are travelling to the east for an early game which is always tough, and LT is still not 100%. Keep in mind that they go to London to play New Orleans the following week. That's a 6 hour flight (or so) right after a 4 hour hour flight. Seems they're getting the scheduling corn-holing here.. After London they have their bye week, then KC at home
So you gatta ask yourself, which, if any of the 2 games can and will SD play harder in and be ready for.. Would they rather try for back to back wins here or go into London 3-4 with even more jet-lag and the ever present freak-ass weather happening at Wembly Stadium???
