It looks like that CB thought he was possibly going to interfere with the receiver so he ducked his head and moved out of the way.

looked like he didn't want to risk pass interference and decided to try and take out his legs but whiffed.

Thats the only thing that makes sense....but interfering wouldn't have been too bad - still would be a long FG.

wow, I can't believe that ending

It cost me a two team ML parlay, at least I win the +5.5 and the 2nd half P

Vikings fans ecstatic

Saints fans devastated

what was that defensive back doing? that was as bad a choke on his part as I've ever seen

Nasty way to lose that parlay.

Had the Saints made that last 3rd and one would of ran another play.

Then they use their last time out and then the play

Why call time out there?

This could be the ultimate karma for chop giving me such a hard time on forum plays over the years.

Yep, pretty bad choke by him. Not much you have to do to win that game. But weird shit does tend to happen more often during the most crucial moments, likely because of the added pressure.

Come on man don't make it about yourself, that's weak.

Seriously tho. Think of all the threads exactly like this that I've started that went down in flames in the past. And chop was the first one there to rub salt in the wound.

What worse way for all that bad karma to catch him then with the exact same type of thread but with his beloved saints. And losing in such a sickening way.

I was routing for the saints. But it's hard to ignore the irony

jimmy johnson said in the post game show that Players are told not to make contact on a play like that to avoid a flag. But I think there should have been another defender
around it. or he thought there was another guy behind him.

Minnesota called that timeout on 3rd and 1. That was smart to not let the clock run down and left 25 seconds left. If New Orleans gets the third and one, they would have kicked with no time left and won

I'm a believer in bringing heat in that situation. More of a pass rush. Anything in the middle of the field and the time would have expired if it was deep enough for field goad range. Diggs could have stepped out there and they would have been in field goal range.(and time was left) Why not let them have the middle of the field instead of the sidelines? And also bring an extra blitzer on that play so he can't throw a long out like that............ Conservative defense..........

Oh please Justin...

You had it coming, all those times we gave you shit, you gotta admit when you arrived here in 2012 with a bunch of stories most of us had a reason to give you some shit. You were relentless on your attention whoring and whined like the worse of them...

Chop was simply being a typical veteran grooming and manning up the town's retard rookie. That said, the abuse kinda paid off... you are way better poster now, so much, that nobody gives you shit.

Your immature behavior was the one that gave you problems here. Not Chop... Chop made fun of you, but remember how cruel I was as well.

That said, we all grew up, you are no longer insufferable and we no longer have the energy to chase around loopy newbies (there is a lack of them anyway). We are fukkin old.

I want the Saints to win, and they're the last remaining that can beat the Patriots

:)

Surprised to hear you think that Willie, I figured the Saints had the least chance to beat NE. Defense is a bit soft compared to the rest, figuring the only chance a team would have to take down NE, which is probably unlikely, was to pull a Giants and have their defense dominate. Saints certainly have the best offense left if any opponent, but I just don’t see anyone beating NE in a shootout.

I'm only partially serious and I know any of these teams can beat the Patriots on any given day. I'm just pushing buttons.

I do believe the Saints had the best chance to beat the Patriots because of Drew Brees along with a great running game and a very good defense. I think the Patriots defense will be able to contain the other three offenses giving all of them very little margin for error.

While I don't think any of them can hold the Patriots under 21 points, so I think the Pats win it all. Even though I'm a homer, that's not exactly going out on a limb either.

But shit happens and things change, so we'll see. You have to play the games
