Please keep the display/graphics somewhat the same with the blue color and grey on the sides. Its easy on the eyes...some other sports betting sites go with too much white like you would see on craigslist or wikipedia.

Also flashing banners are ok at the top of the page but please don't put them in between posts like they do across the street.

receive notifications when somebody quotes you

I like these ideas.

To add on to this - Maybe have a "notifications" alert that tells you when someone "likes/comments" your posts or threads.

+1 but please no banners or scoreboards or whatever that take up 1/3 of the page and remain there when scrolling.

My idea to the Shrink years ago was to run a CFB capping contest with the winner getting a spot as a featured tout on a major handicapping website. We had hundreds of participants and it cost $0.

Wouldn’t mind an ignore thread feature. The sub forums get flooded with random posters making weekly picks threads. Makes it hard to keep up with the quality threads. Currently too much sorting through shit.

Get a handle on the PICKS AND RECORD TRACKER FORUM.

It's getting out of line.

Johnny did a great job monitoring that forum for years.... at
least keep it where serious players will look at it and not like
the "Service Forum" which has become nothing more than
a begging service and dying.

I've always thought that those who bring well researched sports gambling content should be recognized and possibly rewarded.

The most important way to establish a mecca sports gambling board is through content excellence. And I don't mean bringing articles and research written by pros. I mean to encourage the many great amateur handicappers there are in different nooks and crannies of the country to post their writeups and research. I've seen many of them over the years but they disappear because it takes a lot of time and effort to do the work they share but they never get any recognition. In fact often times they get trolled and the authorities don't defend them. They leave.

Find a way to recognize and reward their efforts. Their numbers will grow over time and viewership will increase.
