I'm surprised that anyone would be okay changing rules after season starts... But why would you guys want the waivers in reverse order of the standings? i dont understand the logic between either of these

The thing is...I don't think they know or care. They are just saying they want things to stay the same based on principle.
I'm in 4 leagues and have never done reverse standings.
It literally takes 30 seconds to change it.

I don't care about transactions order but absolutley ZERO rules changes after the draft no matter what.

Not a huge fan of how its set up now but it may make it more competitive.

based on what HC said in 135, that ship has sailed and everything stays the same.

If you read #135, everything stays as is. This will be good for you, a little diversity never hurt anybody. I said last year after doing a auction draft, I would never do a snake again, but here I am.

I agree I should have said something before, but I never really read the rules. Once the season starts, I'm against changing ANY rules. Even by a majority vote. Before the start of the season ,besides added confusion there's no big deal

but I imagine anyone who takes fantasy seriously would say that reverse standings is the better way.. last transaction allows for stragery to come into play with the waiver, not handing it to the bad teams because they failed to draft.

maybe I am being a dick about it, but IMO there's clearly a right and wrong way to do waivers - and reverse standings isn't it

We are not changing rules after the draft. Period.

I will open it up to another vote in the draft lobby tonight, in the chat area. All it takes is 5 objections and I will change it. If I don't get those objections during the draft the book is closed on this one.

I set up the rules to mirror a league I have been in for 10+ years that I love, and am no longer in since I moved away and they have a live lineup turn-in and transaction period.

They always had reverse standings and I liked it. Especially in a total points league.

I gave everyone ample chance to voice concerns with any rules and I got crickets. Now it's as if this is the most important rule in the league. This is why people dislike being commissioner of these leagues.

But I will change it if y'all want. Just get 5 votes tonight in the draft lobby.
