Question for Wil,last year I got tracked by Planet Hollywood though I'm not a big baller did per your request essentially.

All though I will anyway as my brother gets mad at me when I don't get a card any where we go,hell went to Bills last year for a couple hours just for the lower limits and had to get a card.........LOL

Yes, definitely asked to be clocked or tracked (I am not sure of the correct word that pit bosses use) when you gamble as part of The Rx.com group. The more our group gambles the more welcome back we will be next year. I also believe we get some sort of discount on our total bill if we have a certain amount of verified play by our party. Bottom line is it cannot hurt to let the Casino know that our group will give them some play. You should get a players card when you check in, just give that to the pit boss or use it on your slot or video poker machine if you go that route, it all helps.

I can tell you this from my work experience.
When a group comes in at the hotel they are tracked based on their play. Marketing runs reports on every group reservation and gets a win/loss figure. Based on this, the hotel can discount rooms or charge them accordingly.
When Comdex was in town all the rooms were sky high because the folks never gambled. In Mid-August, hotels should be tripping all over themselves to get groups that will gamble sums of money. They don't want you back if you average $20/ a head.
So getting tracked helps the Rx gets better rates which means in turn they can give more money and rooms away. That is why it is important.
