I doubt Smokey would give a "homer" pick on Tenn. I'm sure he had some good info and stats on them, feels they're a good play at the # offered. I would bet quite a bit that his releases are for $ purposes only, not cuz he's from Tennessee and may like the Vols. Who knows, he may despise the Vols, but bet them if he feels they will make him da cash$$. Good luck to all.
