Wouldn't sprint more than 3 days a week. Used to do sprints on football field.10-100 9-90 8-80...........1-10. after each 1 take a break of that many seconds in between. After 100 a 100 second break. After a 20 a 20 second break. I loved it

As Willie would say, it is genetic... some can run distance until they are in their 70's, no problems with back-knees-hips-shins-ankles-feet. Most cannot.

As you age, you need to be careful and listen to your body.

Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder. Thus the Rob Lowe comparisons are subjective. (But fairly accurate by any measures...)

Furthermore, I can tell you with the utmost certainty... The Doctor of LOVE is not bald (or anywhere near bald) and has a nice head of slightly grey peppered brown hair.
