Just curious if anyone runs or specifically does sprinting for endurance
I want to focus more on other workouts and it seems when I reach a certain time it take a toll on my lower back which never use to
Since I do everything to extreme I tend not to want to change it
Want to keep good level of endurance but not spend as much time but still works for good endurance
