one tournament only, tennis goes to montreal this week, so most all players will be there, )significantly more money this week also as compared to evrything else since wimby) will give a shot at keeping last week's success going

1- taking delgado at +195 (pinn)over ljubcic. nice qualifying rds for delgado and ljubcic will be playing first hard ct match since march. i don't think this is a huge overlay (10-12%ish) but worth a shot at the price and situation.

2- gonzalez +130 (carib) over henman. interesting seeding puts these two together immediately following their h2h in the finals of legg-mason tournament on sunday. henman won in washington 6-3,6-4, gonzalez had won their most recent meeting before that ly at cincinnati. sunday's match was a pk at most places. i thought gonzalez should have been favored there and perhaps suffered a letdown after beating agassi in the semis. we have 2 fairly evenly matched players here (tho i do give the edge to gonzalez and he is ranked 14 to hen's 33 currently) and seems a bit to ask one of them to win 2 matches from the other just a day or two apart (not sure but this match may be going tomorrow as can't find it on today's schedule at the montreal site but in any case, likely want to get it soooner than later as looks like money will be going on the chilean)

thanks again guys for taking notice, just plugging away here. hope some others are tagging along. been on an incredible run, the tfz has been a particularly lucky posting spot for these tennis plays. but all good things must come to an end, and with football here i think these plays might get even more lost down here than they already were. so, i'm moving them upstairs to 'other sports' where i will try to keep a weekly thread, time permitting.

record for the tfz if i added it up right, is
12-1 for +19.55 units (risk1/win1, dog/fave)

gonzalez pending today vs henman (that line has now dropped btw to +105ish as predicted, still a slight overlay there imo but obviously some of the value is gone. probably have one or 2 more for today as well as soon as i finish a few numbers.

gl, see you upstairs

MJred, great run, I think you are noticed down here more then you realize. I think once you have proven to be a good capper a lot of us just play your plays and forget to thank you. I think more posters will view you plays down here then in "other sports", especially when football season starts. JUSTMYOPINION

ok jw, thanks for the opinion. i'll try to do both if i remember.

black is the play i added so far today. carib moved the line right after i played it (not like i'm taking them for limit bets here but whatever) so looks like best price may be at pinn right now +365ish

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>Broken finger sidelines Colts' Huard for two weeks
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Indianapolis Colts backup quarterback Brock Huard broke a finger on his throwing hand and will be out about two weeks.

Huard cracked a bone in his left index finger on the last play of Tuesday afternoon's practice. Coach Tony Dungy did not say how the injury occurred.

"It's not serious. It's more of a pain situation right now," Dungy said Wednesday. "I think our doctors are estimating maybe two weeks, at the most, so it doesn't look to be overly serious."

Huard, expected to be the backup to Peyton Manning, dressed for but only watched Wednesday's morning practice.

Another point on the Bears game. I don't have the stats to back this up so someone correct me if I'm wrong but I remember Kordell Stewart as being Mr. August. He always seemed to play great in the preseason.
