Roberto/TOW - there you go again above attacking me instead of my question to you.

You seem to have allot of info as to WHY panama isn't paying their players BUT you refuse/avoid answering WHY Royal may be giving players the run-around when it comes time to get paid as other players here have posted over and over again.

I have done a bit of research on this site and 2 others and around Dec 7th of last year you yourself stated here at the Rx and other sites that you in fact did NOT get fired from Royal but you got a PROMOTION from managing director/CEO to a higher position in the company and would not be dealing with day-to-day affairs as your talents could be used for other more important tasks but you were still with the company. But you keep posting that since Dec 7th you don't have a clue of what's going on at Royal

Please answer my question above if you can.

as far as we know, the few complaints we have seen have been legit....

each time someone has complained, and we have looked into it, the player has been paid, therefore its more of a "slow pay" situation, not a "no pay" situation.....

As far as them not being downgraded on the site, i dont have control over that, but i know that everyone is aware of the current "disorganization"....

Also, as i am sure u have noticed, no one has hidden any comments on Royal, and therefore any poster reading this forum would be aware of the situation.....No one has banned you, and your only posts have been to criticize Royal, so dont go for the "coverup" card, that so many like to use.....

Royal seems to be very disorganized right now, and it seems that the right hand isnt sure what the left hand is doing......however we have seen many post that they have gotten their payouts quick when requested, so it seems a sporadic problem (although when you are the one being slowpaid, sporadic is bad enough), and it is definitely something that Royal needs to straighten out, and quick, if they want to survive.....

As for your question about Roberto, as far as i know, he is no longer with Royal, and that is what i heard.....He would have to verify that...And i doubt that he is rushing in to answer your questions, since u seem to try and antagonize him at every turn.......

He did a great service to many players stiffed by Panam, and speaking for them, I am sure they are VERY GRATEFUL.....I have seen him post that if a player is having a problem with Royal to contact him, and he would try to help there as well....

This Roberto thing is interesting because STPABS claims he is still involved in Royal (at a very high level) and Roberto claims this isn't true. For an onlooker like me, the whole dispute hinges on whether this is true or not. I think the onus is on STPABS to give evidence for his claims, otherwise we have to take Roberto at his word. Just an opinion of one guy trying to be objective

You have 17 posts, 16 repeatedly asking the same question I have had the courtesy to answer many times.

Let me try for the last time :

1) I quit Royal on December 7th 2003 ( you are free to change the word quit anyway you want, I have written documents that prove I quit ) ;

2) I was initially to follow up on an another project hosted by part of the old ownership, hence I took a brief vacation ;

3) On my way back to Curacao I have experienced a shocking personal event, that only thanks to specialized medical assistance hasn't turned into a tragedy ;

4) In view of that event I dropped any and all plans and solely dedicated my attention to my loved ones for months.

5) While this was happening the sale of Royal was finalized.

Bottom line : I quit on December 7th 2003. For personal reasons I did not follow through my original business projects.

Now, I'm quiet confident you will come back with some new twists. Guess what ? I am done repeating the history of my life. So this is going to be my very last contribution to your harassment.

Should you require further information please direct it to Royal's management, as to seek confirmation that I've not been within the Organization since December 7th 2003, nor I have any role nor word in their activity.

Lastly, I feel entitled to renew my request for a direct contact. You may send me an email anytime. Unless you will choose not to, hence confirming my "intuition" right.

Darryl Parsons, Buc etc.

I am NOT here to harrass anyone, I just came in with a simple question from information I have seen and read on the SBR site and it was never really answered, other than roberto/TOW writing that SBR site is incorrect and that Jhon Walker of SBR doesn't know what he is talking about etc. Then SBR and Roberto got into a debate that was never settled in my original thread.

SBR stated that roberto is still involved with royal NOT I! So please get the story straight gentlmen.

So who is telling the TRUTH? SBR or TOW/roberto?

I DON'T KNOW and that is why I chose the above posting name and started asking questions.

Moderators, Fishead,General,Buc, Wilhelm,Shrink etc...So if asking the above is harrassing this roberto person then this site is definatley running with blinders on and has ran itself into the toilet. I hope this isn't the case.

The below posts where made on the SBR site that originally sparked my couresty to ask my original questions about what is really going on etc.

As you can see by reading the above info from the SBR site WHY I am confused about what is going on.

I have relied on the SBR site in the past for good info and that is why I came in here asking questions,but instead you want to cruxify me for asking a legit question, and some like roberto/TOW are saying SBR is reporting lies and is on a mission against royal (see majorwager site etc)

If you gentlemen can't see the obvious then I give up.

Hmmm, very interesting.... SBR says Roberto C. made some statements about Royal less than a month ago. That looks like involvement to me!

Roberto, did you or did you not make those statements to SBR on 4/5/2004? And if so, how can you reconcile that with your not being involved in Royal!?

Of course I am no judge or jury so you don't owe me answers, but these would be very logical questions from an interested onlooker who is trying to be objective.

Glad to answer your question. When Royal's parent company shareholders unanimously decided to sell the Company's assets they appointed me as liquidator. This implies that I am in charge of the liqidation of the Company formerly owning Royal Sports. Reference made by John Walker in his post is indeed confusing but makes reference to the sale of assets and to the rust amongst the former owners of Royal Sports.

So, to summarize : I have no involvement with Royal Sports. I am currently busy with the liquidation of the Company that formerly owned Royal Sports.

ROYAL back on the clock. Today Monday, May 3, 2004, at 1pm I requested 8k from Royal Sports via fed-ex. I was told they would send the request to the bank and should have my tracking number by Friday. I will keep everyone posted in this thread.

Thanks for the answers. That pretty much explains things from where I'm sitting. I can see how one might misunderstand the situation from SBR's comments, but your explanation sounds believable. I think we can conclude that Royal is having problems but Roberto is not the guy whose job it is to deal with them.

Today I received my 8k from Royal via Fed-ex. I only hope that they will get their act together and keep it there. This was one week after I requested it which is acceptible considering I waited 26 days for my $2500 from neteller.

Gamblers Avenue (now owned by Royal) is now at day #8 for a Fed-ex payout I requested from them. I will keep everyone updated in this thread. I was told today that I would get a tracking number for this check this week. I had this account at GA before Royal took them over and now I'm taking most of my funds from these Royal books.

Bigbet--There is no telling. Royal send me two separate checks from two different banks. They act like they can't send more than 5k per check. I don't know why they can't just do what the other books do.

Doesn't Royal have a weekly withdrawal limit as well? Seems to me they should have no problems making timely payouts. They are a third string book. I just don't trust them because of numerous cases of this type of slowpay.

Thought I would bring this thread to the top since they are now slow paying me.

I am starting week 5 of my slow pay. Kenneth promised me Thursday that they would have the check from the bank in hand on Monday and would provide me with the tracking number at that time.
