The 25 points were deducted from Championship driver points, NOT, NOT from Bristol race points!!! THE OFFICIAL RACE RESULTS say I have 996 points. The General says I have 971 points. YOU ARE WRONG GENERAL!!! My total points for BRISTOL are 996. I lost 25 points from my overall score only!!!
My vote goes to allowing the money to go to HEARTMAN for the week.......but in the future, the GENERAL would be the OFFICIAL winner.

Why cant they split it since NASCAR hasnt specified whether the points were deduted from this race..........To be honest, I would assume the 25 points came off of this race. How can you go back to a past race, say 4 weeks ago for example, and say, well, the 25 is coming off of that particular race. Yes it comes off of the yearly total, but in the end, it has to come from one of one of the single race totals.........
