Check your "spam" mail...

For some reason, when i get something from customer service there, it shows up in my spam folder, something about the address it comes from.....

If not, just go to the site, and ask on live chat if you dont want to call...

I have always had VERY GOOD experience with their customer service...

Not for nothing but I emailed them 2 days ago too, NO RESPONSE. They emailed me my account # and password but it doesn't work. The email was from the forgot your ID link on their website. Waiting to hear why I can't log on with what info they gave me. I want in but not worth the aggrevation to do it.
