Here is a breif overview and i'm Canadian so consider that as well. Some American banks won't no matter what approve a charge from a sportsbook or poker room so if that is the case you are SOL. If your bank does let Pinnacle put thru the charge you are cool but in order to cash out you gotta fill out a form and scan a piece of idea and the front and back of your credit card. Basiclly the first time is a pain in the ass but after that it isn't a problem. Hope it helps some.
