The title of thread was the cancellation of Rosanne, a show I enjoy and wish it hadn’t been cancelled. My first post was to bring up the point that this a huge company and that even though there is a double standard the 2 issues being discussed were probably handled by different management. Then you responded with what you believe they should do, which was fine to give your opinion. From there I got in a discussion with Patsfan about me boycotting MLB, because of their double standard. Nothing wrong with any of my discussion in this thread. I never actually gave an opinion on the double standard. Why? Because I don’t give a fuck about it. It’s stupid to me. And the only reason we got to this point was because you baited me and I fell for it. Good night.
Yep. Real first world problems here, but when the media says "jump", these guys say "how high". It never ceases to amaze me how easily some people get steered in their thinking by nonsense like this, editorials, etc. And of course, there are the multiple cut and paste jobs as though whatever source they're using is some end-all-be-all on information. We have pots calling kettles black, but that's OK as long as its in the interest of "the team". I honestly think Vittard looks like a Mensa candidate compared to some of the posters here. This place has literally turned into a bunch of DaFinches on the Conservative side. And yes, there are still some thoughtful posters on here like Willie and Dave (two people I've become friends with and am glad I did). And even though the 3 of us aren't completely in agreement right now (Dave is pretty much MIA...I think he's sick of the nonsense also), we can at least have an intelligent conversation. But as is typical, the last two pages have the 5 year old, Pee Wee Herman behavior starting back up, which is so prevalent in this place now, and a reason why I only occasionally come here to laugh at the cast of idiots.

ABC is reportedly looking into rebooting "Roseanne," but this time the series will be focused on Sara Gilbert.
According to TMZ, ABC is seeing if there is a possibility of "re-branding the show and focusing on" Gilbert's character, Darlene Conner, rather than Roseanne.
Fox News has reached out to ABC for comment.
TMZ reports that Gilbert has been contacting her "Roseanne" cast members to see how much interest they have in a potential reboot just in case the network moves forward.
One person who may be onboard is John Goodman. Goodman, who plays Roseanne's husband and Gilbert's father on the comedy, is reportedly "very interested."
Gilbert and Goodman's reps did not immediately return Fox News' requests for comment.
In addition, Tom Werner, the producer behind "Roseanne," is also involved in the reboot efforts, reports TMZ.
"Roseanne" was canceled on Tuesday just hours after star Roseanne Barr posted a racist tweet about former President Obama's aide Valerie Jarrett.
ABC Entertainment President Channing Dungey said in a statement on Tuesday that the network would not be producing the show's second season.
"Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show," Dungey told Fox News. (edited)
