Vegas welcomes squares like myself and other similar squares from this blue-collar working stiff town. Im suprised the casino doesnt pay me to get on the plane, since their rake from me will be at least 25x that airfare.

Red, why would Vegas offer any flight deals from your city? The sportsbooks probably prefer you stay home so they are able to maintain their profit margins via others losses.

I am the only rx poster who can hammer a pinny future bet and the odds increase instead of decrease.

Next time I will trick pinny and only put in 1/4 of my total bet, and then put the other 3/4 at the improved odds.

Well, they pissed me off, so I hit it again at the higher price.

Hopefully, Kermit nailed the improved price before I finally killed it.

Not sure whereabouts you are living these days, but I paid $148 plus tax for roundtrip nonstop flight airfare from Toledo/Las Vegas within one week of departure.

Maybe they have flights from your city.

Are We getting set up for a buffet on Monday or Tuesday here in Vegas ? Sounds like Illini, Redeye, Woof and myself are in for it ! Let me hear back for anyone else that wants to join us. We can meet at the Imperial Palace Sportsbook like 6:30 or so perhaps?

Are you guys going to go to the IP buffet?:missingte :pucking:
Your better off going to the Flamingo, Uh Uh better quality of food. I have to survive down there for a week so i might as well control some of my activities and thats to stay away from IP's Buffets

I agree to bypass the IP and go to the Flamingo. Of course We could also venture over to the Rio and try out their spendy but delicious seafood buffet

Palms has an excellent value buffet. Its not that much and its somewhat smaller than the others. Less chance of overeating there and the food quality is better than most. Best overall buffet value is at the Orleans if you guys are driving.

I have never tried the Orleans so that one would sure work with me. I have eaten many times at the Gold Coast and it is great and very reasonable. The Palms is OK but I haven't been wild about it. Redeye is mixed up as it was the Gold Coast I took him to and He practically ate himself to death ! I would love to try the Orleans for a change. Is Tuesday going to work for everyone ? I have wheels as does Woof and Illini so should not be a problem.

I'll know Monday if I am coming.

If I do, we can do the LV Hilton, and it will be comped. Never had their buffet for dinner, but breakfast was ok, I think, I was hung over.

I have been coming to Vegas for about 20 years now for March madness so I know the habits of us fanatics. We will be very busy on Wednesday checking out all the different props like sectional winners etc. One must also keep in mind that the NIT games will be going on and of course the books will be buzzing with activity on those games also. It seems like We will have a group of RX ers that will be in town for the madness and a Tuesday buffet sounds like a go. Fish has my e-mail address as well as my cell phone number so feel free to contact Fish as He has my permission to give it out to any RX er who will be in town and wants to join in the fun. Fish if you are reading this ..... Don't give my cell phone number to Jeff Pierson OK ! LOL One of the places in town I just love for gourmet Chinese foor is Amlee's in the nearby Henderson area. It is about my favorite Restuarant in the whole Town. Anyone interested in Amlee's ? We will have wheels so that will not be a big problem. I am talking in the evenings of course when the games are over.:toast:
