He WAS Great as a Rookie. Best Rookie QB ever. Then he got hurt, and played hurt, and his confidence has never been the same. I'm not talking about fake verbal confidence, which is what he's exhibiting now. I'm talking real confidence on the field. He has none right now. He's scared, doesn't trust his wheels, doesn't trust his reads. I don't know if it's recoverable, but I hope he is. He was fantastic to watch as a rook.
