The only people who don't include work in their "quality of life" equation are losers.
We live in an integrated society where one productive person lends their skills or what they produce with their skills to another person or many other people. The other productive people do the same. The net effect of the integration of skills in a capitalist society results in the highest quality of life ever experienced in the history of mankind.
Contributing skills that you worked hard to earn is very self fulfilling. If the society had all layabouts like you dreaming of Thai girl sex the society that we know here in North America would crumble.
Work not only adds to one's quality of life but it adds to the society's quality of life.
Any spiritual person would know that. God expects us to produce and further the family and the greater society with our work skills.

The left's vision for an ideal society is very strange. Everyone running around doing whatever they want and having all that they want, despite producing nothing that society needs or desires themselves.
I mean, something can't come from nothing. Surely someone is creating all of this wealth to spread to the masses that is creating nothing in their world.
That's nice that so many sinners on their way to hell feel so good about their contribution to society via work. But that's not going to save them from burning in hell, is it, for all their many sins and wickedness they commit is it? Neither is it going to convince them that their "quality of life" isn't better - with family time, sex, entertainments, etc - than when they're working.
One doesn't need to have a paying job ("work") to contribute to society. Many retired people contribute more to society after they've retired. And what is "society" but this present evil world that is going to pass away. Many retired people contribute with their knowledge & wisdom.

Okay. So let's say what makes someone happy is laying on a beach and drinking and refuses to do anything productive for society. Does he starve/eat out of a dumpster or should society tax their own citizens and then provide all this person's necessities?
Whether we should help people who can not work, and people who refuse to work are entirely different moral solutions. The left doesn't agree.
