Since you are a competitor of Don Best, I don't believe it is right for you to tell them how to conduct their business, just as it would be improper for Don Best to tell you guys how to conduct your own...

Why is is that you always appear on any thread that mentions DON BEST?

Can you imagine Pepsi appearing on Coca Cola threads all over the internet and telling Coca Cola what ingredients they should be using?

It won't ever happen and in my opinion, your company would be much better served with more Professionalism from your representatives and letting your product speak for itself...

I am sorry you took my post the way you did. I have cooled down from the past. You wont see me disrespecting DB on your forums here. I feel there is room for 2 (or more) services on the net. Pros are free to use theirs, and if someone wants a cheaper alternative, we will welcome them to ours. If my post came off as an insult I am sorry, it wasnt meant to be that way. If you read my first statement, I said that the arguments so far were correct. SOME of the blame (maybe most) does reside on Greek's side. But carrying 100% of the blame is not right. As a repected line service, and industry leader, DB has to take some action too. Again, sorry if I came across negative, it seriouslly wasnt my intent.

Some books work great with live line feeds and others are off, I wish I knew the techs behind how these line services work and how info is feeded.

Lets face it we all like Greek and just want them to get better

All these books would increase biz if the lines most of the time were accurate and the line services themselves would even get bigger

Being persistent almost to the point of being a pest to the books is what works. And if they dont comply remove them. Its the old saying, 'Actions speak louder than words.' If they arent doing it right, either fix it, or kick them off.
