Steroids the policy is very easy and theyre informed ahead of time so many can mask which is why its rarely caught. Hearing that every one of them could be in jail for being drug users. Hes an instigator because it works for line of work, he's never had off field issues and comes from an environment that has brought down countless before him so if it was gonna happen it would've happened. The argument if it could be made, is still a bad one.
