no, when I ask for $1100, they take the 4% from my overall account. So $1100 is what should be sent to me and that's what their e-mail notification says as well. Yesterday it said $2,000 CDN was sent over....I go there, and it's 1890.

I'll give them a call tomorrow, and get it cleared up. I wish we didn't have to deal with this BS exchange rates.... and no, I've only got ICQ running.

Well, I e-mailed them today with a scan of my receipt, and they reimbursed me for the funds I didn't receive. Within an hour's time.

While the initial mistake shouldn't have happened, the notion to fix the error and at the quick time they did it within is commendable.
