That's what it comes down to. He's selling equipment and furniture for 55 dimes. The leases expire soon. That's one of the drawbacks about taking the plunge into business. It's so easy to get into, but can be extremely difficult to get out of.Adam Selene said:Is he selling $55,000 worth of equipment and furniture? Doesn't look like it from the pics.
Does the lemonade stand come with free gym membership?
check it out and shoot a number after the leases are worked out is a must!alitercorpsa said:One location expires in 13 months and the rent is $1264 the other location expires in 6 months and the rent is based on 15% of sales. Landlords are willing to sit down with buyers and work out new leases before closings and the lawyers name in Vanes Ortiz. www.alitercorp.com 289-4200
After new leases are worked out with the landlords, there's no reason to deal with the guy trying to sell this stuff anymore. He's out of the loop then. Someone can equip and furnish the places for cheaper than 55 dimes. If there are going to be new leases on these places anyways, then all the guy really has to sell are furniture and equipment, and maybe a few oranges and loaves of bread, and a half-filled jar of mustard. If he got offered 3 dimes he should pounce on it like a Chinaman on a bowl of rice.alitercorpsa said:check it out and shoot a number after the leases are worked out is a must!
If your looking to start a restaurant from the ground up this is not the deal for you. But if your looking for a "turn key business" with a good name and with a very good return now! Then this is something you should look into.alitercorpsa said:The concept is a turn key operation down to trade marks and a working company with all standardized receips so that the products can be sold in stores and with the goal of franchising. The owner is not going to leave everything there were someone can walkin and just open the restaurants. He will sell it by the piece, he's not dumb. this business was making money within 6 months of opening the doors. Just check it out and shoot a number. He doesn't want to sell it :nono5: by the piece but he will if he has too. www.alitercorp.com 289-4200
And neither have you, coming on here trying to sell a worthless business to someone for 55 dimes (it started at 140k, lol...nice try). Keep trying to prey on people still uninformed and gullable enough to buy into overpriced Costa Rican real estate and "investments".alitercorpsa said:Wrong again American, good to see that you have not changed.
