It's a big leap from underhanded back room deals to a man's death. Does anyone think Stevens went to Libya thinking he had any chance of making a difference? Like Foley in Jordan, he died for nothing. I hope however this turns out there are decent people who want it resolved truthfully. IMO it does make a difference. And again I'll state I haven't fully caught up on today's McCarthy story yet. But if all these accusations are political it's a disgrace. Up to this point I've always believed someone in the administration is lying and or dropped the ball. Unless it somehow harms our national security we the people deserve to know who screwed up.

Yes. The problem is it has been resolved, there have been multiple Bi Partisan, GOP led reports which have fully documented what happened. It was a tragedy on many levels.
This latest fiasco was just a Political Witch hunt from day 1. It doesn't change the fact that Hillary is a dirtbag, but in this instance, her involvement has already been documented, and this committee was a nothing more than a Political stunt. Now that it has been definitely proven by McCarthy's inadvertant truth telling, they should hide their faces in shame, as should anyone who backed it.

The Initial Benghazi investigation was a sincere effort of fact-finding an important, Tragic event. But the EIGHTH one, which is what this fiasco is, is nothing more than a Political Witchunt, being done for nothing more than Political reasons, and has now been exposed and verified by one of the people behind it, in McCarthy.

The Youtube lie, as you call it, was one of the initial theories when no one knew what the hell happened, because similar demonstrations in other Arab Countries were triggered by that Youtube. It was quickly debunked. There have been SEVEN Investigations into Benghazi, and detailed reports have come out about the Tragedy, Bipartisan, and led by the GOP. I urge you to read them.
