Tom Brady's texts, voicemails and emails will be subject to subpoena in court.

He clearly doesn't want that to happen.

What are the chances of Brady proving victorious in court?
Not very good. Before Peterson, there was little to no precedent of an NFL player getting a suspension overturned in a court of law (Bountygate was overturned by Tagliabue).
“There’s definitely an uphill battle in getting an arbitration award overturned — it’s nearly impossible, unless you can show bias,” Liss-Riordan said. “And I think it’s going to be pretty hard to vacate an arbitration award based on the arbitrator being biased if the CBA allows for the arbitrator to be an interested party.”
