Do Not waist any money on future bets with the 49ers winning the next SB.

The field team "General" is a mess.

The only way I'd consider this team right now it to take a look at the the back-up QB's. Harbaugh is a pretty good coach and I think he's got the gonads to coach in a Super Bowl and win it. As I'm typing this I have no idea if the 49ers have anyone capable in the QB line up. Great team all around the QB position right now but this Kaepernick is a liability.

Consensual sex numerous times in the past... yet this time, he goes into the room, nothing happens and he leaves, then 2 guys PEEK into the room, and she yells at them to "GET OUT", which they do, and doesn't remember anything after that.. THEN wakes up in the hospital the next morning and all of a sudden she was assaulted??

Why was she in the hospital?

Why was she in the hospital?

Too much drinking + Drugs = they couldn't wake her up probobly, and took her (or the ambulance took her) to the hospital.

Someone realized something was wrong, and did the right thing.

So then the question comes to be was she dropped off or dumped off. If dropped off their is a record, if dumped then no record which begs the question what happened?

No one knows what happened yet... but I can guarantee with about 99% certainty that if the person in question was Jammall Washington who doesn't have a job and has 10 baby momma's, she wouldn't be claiming assault.

Yet since highly recognized sports players are involved... there is a chance for a huge payday $$.... so now she has an issue.

I'm thinking the suspicious activity has nothing to do with sex, but with what was in her system and why she was taken to the hospital. She hasn't come out and said anything about rape. Probably overdosed on ecstasy or chowder.

One part of the "suspicious incident" case in which 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was named has apparently been cleared up.

The woman told Miami Police detectives she woke up in a hospital room and "doesn't remember how she got there or who transported her to the hospital," according to the incident report.

She had been in a room at the Miami Viceroy on April 1, beginning at around 9 p.m., with Kaepernick, 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, she told detectives.

"At 12:32, Miami Fire Rescue was dispatched to the Viceroy and transported a 25-year-old female from the Viceroy to the Jackson Memorial Hospital emergency room," Miami Fire Lt. Ignatius Carroll told the Miami Herald.

There have been no charges filed in the case, and a police spokesperson said there is no evidence of a crime.

"We have to examine evidence and wait for some tests to come back, including toxicology reports," Police Chief Manuel Orosa told the Miami Herald. "We can present it to the state attorney and they can decide whether to continue.

"It's too early to determine what the evidence indicates."

49ers' Colin Kaepernick not believed to be at hotel when police responded to 911 calls

Colin Kaepernick is not believed to have been present when Miami police responded to 911 calls earlier this month regarding a woman who refused to leave a hotel suite he shared with two other players, the Sacramento Bee reported.

Police are expected to speak in the next few days with an attorney representing Kaepernick, Ricardo Lockette and Quinton Patton in what's been labeled a "suspicious incident."

Miami Police Chief Manuel Orosa told the Bee that police have not confirmed the woman's report that Kaepernick was with the other players when she showed up at the suite and allegedly partied with them April 1. Surveillance video is still being pursued from the Viceroy resort.

The unidentified, 25-year-old woman filed a police report two days later stating she awoke naked in the suite, that she did not have sex with Kaepernick and she was unsure how she ended up in a hospital. Miami Fire Rescue, according to police, transported her to Jackson Memorial Hospital after police responded to 911 calls from one of the players.

Kaepernick, last week, issued a terse denial on Twitter of any wrongdoing, part of which read: "I take great pride in who I am and what I do, but I guess sometimes you have to deal with someone who makes things up."
