maybe the fact you stated he was being blackballed over his freedom of speech which he does not have at work, hence he cannot do whatever he wants at work....any other arguments you want to lose?
We aren't talking about some minimum wage Radio Shack job which you probably have. In that case, you would be right
We are talking about the NFL, which is collectively bargained by players and owners. This is gonna blow your mind I know, but Kaepernick was out there for the anthem, and fulfilling his CBA duties even while kneeling. That's all that was required. Notice how he never was fined or suspended during the protests?

Yeah but you Can't force a Team to sign him. Just because you are a NFL player doesn't guarantee you a Job.

Oh gee whiz, he should've just asked you if he had a case before he filed it!
Look up collusion laws
Even casual NFL fans realize he is being blackballed
Have you seen some of the QBs on the field this year?

Oh , ok , have you even read the "burden of proof" for collusion in post #8 ??

2 Teams had called him and worked him out, they didn't want him because he isn't that good
and even the SeaChickens didn't want him ... and they have Plenty of guys kneeling over there.

He won't win the case ... and if he does, he STILL won't get a job in the NFL

and Yes, he's Trouble to boot

Blackballed? Are you serious? Baltimore was thinking about signing Kap up. He might be playing for the Baltimore Ravens right now if his girlfriend had not blown up the entire deal with that racist rant. That was the deal breaker. Not some collusion crap.

Ray Rice beat the shit out of a female in an elevator. Kaep knelt and wore some socks with pigs on them. Great comparison by you

Not the brightest bulb in the box.

Guess we will see if he wins the case, won't we? I'm sure he has some sort of evidence of collusion. Geragos wouldn't take on a dead duck case.
This isn't about forcing his way into a job. It's about proving the NFL wasn't within their bounds to collectively shun him for what he did. Pretty simple really

Geragos represented Scott Peterson. He didn't win.

You probably should stop talking about this topic.

dead duck cases often result in settling and still getting paid. I am curious to see how far this one goes or how much fight the NFL puts up.
