North Florida averages 84.8 points per game and does the overwhelming percentage of its damage from the 3-point line. The Ospreys' 402 made 3s rank No. 1 in the nation. Of their 2,010 field-goal attempts this season, 977 of them were 3s. That's 48.6 percent. Oh, and they also convert them at 41.1 percent, which isn't great news for a Florida defense that was one of the worst in the SEC at allowing the long ball (.345). ..

It will be interest to see if the "total" flies over the current number (163). With UNF's offense, a run & gun game could prove disastrous for the Gators.

Florida recently announced they would be serving beer and wine during both football and basketball games in premium seating areas. Might be a trend for schools to cash in on more revenue.

When a team like North Florida gets a Florida, Miami, or Florida St in their gym, which by the way is NEVER, it can be nothing but OPPORTUNITY, not a trap. Can they get beat and not cover the spread? Hell yeah....but regardless this is Opportunity. Not sure if anyone looked but this was the #3 Scoring Offense in the Country this Season, in their own Gym, comfortable with their own Rims, and the Clapping and apparently Drinking Fans. You just gotta play it fellas. I see your point and don't like seeing 72% on UNF, but I'm already in and would still play it anyways. GO UNF!

A couple of years ago Kentucky (who was the 1 seed) had to go to Robert Morris (8 seed) because Rupp Arena was hosting tourney games. Robert Morris beat them and remember that Robert Morris sold the game out and they were totally into the game. I love North Florida here. GL.
