Wow ! Talk about a blast from the past. They are both me. When the site changed companies/software/something, my username was changed and I had to sign up again. A mod changed my join date but obviously we missed by a bunch.
I did lose that first pick, that I do remember. I was crushing the book that week and thought I would share. Doesnt it always work that way. Good news is I have been able to post more winner than loser since then.

Hey man, you can get a mod to change your join date to the correct time if you want. Now that you know what it is.
You can also get them to add those post to your post count.

I am not so sure about that. Uncorrupted threads from prior to September 2004 database upgrade are still accessible if we do search or go all the way to end of each forum's pages.
By the way, Chop, another reason why I don't think there's any time limit (just size limit) is when I noticed you bumped a 3 year 10 month thread, not 2 years 10 months.
Though, wait a minute, I see why you think that way. When I just went to the Offshore forum, the last page shows May 7th, 2003. 4 years ago!
Then again, it seems like that day was because the forum had an upgrade during that time where people complained about it here.
Don't know if coincidence but I think ignoring May 7th, 2003, it was the beginning of the forum database's information that is still used today.
The September 2004 upgrade didn't lose old threads but messed up join dates & some threads, I'm guessing.
