neilm,
If you check your closed bets, you'll see that the prop in question you wagered upon had OVER -160 listed on one side of the prop & OVER +130 listed where UNDER is usually posted on the propositions. It is a clear wording error when OVER is listed on both sides of a proposition. You were either trying to wager upon a line that was 90 cents off (+130 instead of -160) or you truely wanted UNDER, in which case you were offered a price BETTER than +130 for your hassels. It takes a lot more than 10 cents on a prop to void a bet. If you have any futher questions regarding the void of your wager, please post on the forum or contact 5Dimes customer service.

BOOKYBASHER,
Sorry, I just saw your post now. The part is bold is 100% false. The ticket number was 1635351, where I did want the under and placed the bet at +130. Very shortly after my bet the line moved to -150/+120. Later that day the bet was voided and an email was sent to me that said...
Dear Customer,
Regarding your wager placed on golf, AN 18 HOLE SCORE OV 88.5/ NO 18 HOLE
SCORE OV 88.5. Both sides of the wagering option were for the OVER, and
all bets will be graded NO ACTION, if you would like action UNDER at +120,
please contact us 1-800-442-0151.
Sincerely,
Gigi

So I bet +130 on the under and you say that or you truely wanted UNDER, in which case you were offered a price BETTER than +130 for your hassels.
I was offered a WORSE price for my hassles not a BETTER one as you state.
I responded with an email that included...
I do want the nO but would like the price I placed the bet at, ie. +130 if
possible.
Neil
Getting offered a WORSE price is what pissed me off and why I let my account stay dry for two weeks after tapping out. After two weeks of sulking about it, I broke down Thursday and started playing with you again.
I ask you, if you bet +130 and had that cancelled and were offered +120, what would you think of the book?
So while I really like your book, the selection of offerings (particularly the hockey and football), and push a lot of money through the window, this episode left a bad taste in my mouth.
On a completely unrelated matter, great job changing the timeout function. We players really appreciate it.
