Not directly related to the OP, perhaps, though both speak of the subject of murder.

One might consider my post to be somewhat off topic, but i wouldn't necessarily label it trollish. This, however, IMO, is clearly trollish and moreover extremely rude as well:

It's rude to say a person lacks intelligence?

This is not even close to the same thing. He wasn't paroled after serving his time.
Wrong as usual.

How do you just shrug this off as "well the system isn't perfect".

indicted on charges of rape, strangulation and abduction
And walks out
Exactly ..... that's what liberal morons do ...... shrug it off & say , OH WELL ..... MY BAD :ohno:

X files, why can’t you just say that liberal policies can be dangerous?

not that hard is it?

You’re terrified of a little virus but letting out a violent criminal, no problem.

you could be the fattest person here and you’re still more likely to die at the hands of someone who you are actively accusing of a felony, if he’s out, than of COVID-19

Yes, especially in the manner you stated it repeatedly & on an open forum, without any intelligent evidence to support it, besides many other rude & false things you've said to me & about me in this public forum:

I think X-Files is that guy you meet that just isn't very bright. You try to make excuses for the things he says and does but at the end of the day, he's just lacking intelligence. There's no other explanation.

This coming from a guy who says C-19 is just like a flu season.

Define liberal.

Define liberal policies.

BTW as i've said here several times i have little if any interest in politics.

My interest in C-19 has - absolutely nothing - to do with politics.

My interest in C-19 is from a health & safety perspective to us all.

Furthermore, i have nothing against Trump even though i post some funny Nostradadumass images of him. I won't be voting for or against him. And have no opinion as to whether he is a better choice or Biden. May the best dumbass win ; Which will be whomever God chooses.

The little virus is terrified of me. And it knows i'm coming for it. I am - The One:

Do you think locking the violent up with a bunch of other violent mobsters is going to shit out a kitten after X years of prison?

Or are you just delaying the inevitable?

What would you do with "violent criminals"?

Lock them away forever & throw away the key, at great expense for their upkeep?

Burn them all at the stake?

Sterilize them as per your stated wishes?:

Surely you can understand there are some criminals that are more likely to violently hurt someone than it is likely they’ll die from Coronavirus.

Scientific data can even help you make that determination.

So let’s say you have a criminal in custody that is 2% likely to kill someone if released, and 5% likely to commit a violent crime against another person in the next year if released.

When considering the public good, the chances of that criminal dying of Coronavirus being around 0.05%, if they happen to contract it, doesn’t make it a net benefit to society at all to release them.

Whether you want to admit it or not, there are people actively working to undermine western society, notably in America. Whether it’s voting for and supporting politicians and prosecutors who dismiss the rule of law, or more subtle measures, there is an invisible enemy here in the form of rich billionaires who know that they benefit off turmoil and shrinkage of the middle class.

I have long suspected you are too dim witted for a more serious conversation, so ultimately not much else to be said.

Are those discombobulated remarks supposed to pass as a cogent argument for some conspiracy theory conclusion with the usual ad hominen for dessert.

Do you have no answer to any of my questions?:

The .004% virus is coming for us all.

700,000 + dead in a few months under extreme safety precautions.

Imagine how much worse it would have been if treated like just another flu season. Millions dead.

Then there's the long term effects of C-19 also.

With only a small percentage infected thus far, the worst may be yet to come.

keep the violent criminals behind bars and dont let them walk free, all your solutions can be dealt with while violent criminls remain behind bars. would rather hear about the tough conditions a rapist is dealing with behind bars than read a story about a woman who came forward as a rape victim only to have a liberal system who protects the accused get out on a bullshit "i promise ill stay home judge" technicality and then murder the original victim. this poor woman. anything that comes out of this should be to protect the victim more, not the accused and how unfair prison conditions could be.
