I am only writing this out of concern and not to bash or hate. Randys last 2 picks were +Penn St. and Cin -2.5. I just starting sports gaming last year during the NFL playoffs. I am life long Vegas resident and laughed at Gamblers because they were responsible for most of my wages. Anyhow, It was apparent to
me and most of my peers that USC had superior talent especially
on defense and that V Tech had all the experience on their side. If I was on a losing streak why would I take a chance on the 2 teams that had less chance of covering. I believe in picking dogs, but only when the dog has talent enough to cover. Cincy was favored , but in my opinion they were actually the dog. The outcome of these two games were never in question!!!!

I dont know if you watch the same Rose Bowl game as everyone else...but if Penn St capitalized on the USC punt snap debacle, its a different story. USC's lead was never a lock and the last series made that evident. I was on USC so i am glad PSU didnt get the cover.

I have to give you credit that post displays a perfect understanding of two separate events after they have happened, an outstanding exibition of handicaping ability no doubt. Finding betable games that are never in question as to who will win and cover the spread to boot is no mean feat.

Care to try give the forum your obviously valuable opinion on an event yet to occur such as Oklahoma +3.5 Vs Florida on January 8th in The BCS Championship Game?

Thanks in advance, wilheim

Anybody that's been gambling for any length of time knew that this was coming.

Gotta laugh at the people that say things like "4-10, that's not even possible, I think the books paid him to give losing picks." LMAO

This game is damn near impossible for anyone to win. Anyone.

Thanks for your responses the title game is also obvious as to the winner. Okla does not have the balance on offense. Florida will expose that and cause too many passes which Florida secondary will take advantage of, Florida too quick on defense, will give Bradford fits. All i did was state the obvious. Why so defensive people its gaming not personalty contest!!!!!

anyone who wrote anything negative about randaldizzle losing some bowl games have a lot of fuckin balls. you guys realize that you are tailing his plays, that are completely free correct? what gives you the right to come in and blast a guy who is up over 100 units? for everyone coming in and bitching you really should consider a new hobby because this is exactly what it is to you, an expensive hobby. randaldizzle never charged anyone, and you all CHOSE to follow. the losses are your losses not his. grow a sac and own up to it

Precisely.

If you've been gambling for any length of time and not had a 4-10 streak, you're simply fucking lying.

Keep at it, kid.

drifter,

I agree with you completly on this one. Florida will get out to a 10-14 point lead in this game. Just like when Texas turned up the heat on Oklahoma and this will cause Bradford to start forcing pases and the interceptions and route will come. I feel bad for Randy having to pick a winner in this title game because we all know he is a Oklahoma Homer. I don't know if his heart will allow him to pick the easy winner in this game of Florida -3.

If you want to finish bowl season with a winner Randy I would Pick Florida. If you don't want to finish with a winner I would pass and not give an opinion. I guarantee Florida wins this one going away in the 2nd half.

You know Randy, I handicap the NFL and am usually in one Vegas contest or another as well as online contests. This year I was doing quite well until week 10 came along and I threw in an 0-5 clunker. In my online contest, I lost my 7-6-5-4-3-2 picks and only won my 1 unit play. I dropped from 6th place to 39th in the Stations Challenge Contest, and WAY down in my online contest.

But I was determined to finish in the money, and I disregarded what anyone had to say about my poor week, although I was devastated inside.

The wind up was that I came on strong in the following 7 weeks, and finished tied for 5th in the Stations Challenge Contest, and won their mini contest for the best record in the last 4 weeks for almost 10 grand. I finished 1st in the online contest for another 10 grand. If I would have only gone 3-2 in week 10, I would have won the Challenge Contest outright for $100,000.

So it goes to show you, you never give up no matter how bad one week is. Back in 1989, when all the Bowl games were played on New Years Day, I started betting and losing. The more I lost....the more I drank...the more I drank..the more I lost. When the final Bowl game was final, I was stuck 10 grand...which I didn't have at the time. Took me almost 9 months to pay off my local, and it was an experience I'll never forget.

So just put your losses on the back burner and forget about them. There's always more games going to be played th next day, or week, or month. You'll bounce back, and get your followers back in the black in no time, although with your record, anyone following you should have had plenty of money in the bank already. Just tighten up that chin strap and have full confidence in your ability to pick winners. I'm sure you'll bounce back and have a banner year. Hell, you just might win every playoff game! Good luck to you in the futrure!:toast:

This thread is creepy. It is filled with hardcore Randizzle defenders who would suck him off if he asked them to, and on the other side it has guys who are celebrating his losing streak. Both sides are weirdos IMO. Poor Randizzle, he seems like a normal nice guy though.

Shit, I agree with this wholeheartedly. You've got complete dick suckers and total bashers. Where are those who just look up Ran's picks and take his info with the same grain of salt as the tons of other information out there?

If you follow blindly, you deserve to lose, plain and simple.

I totally agree with the above statement. It is getting very strange in here. I followed Dizzle for a while, but I stopped folling when he started claiming that lines were getting too sharp. It was obvious that he wanted to keep his word in not going tout, but clearly wanted to save his reputation for when he was going to go tout next year. I dont think there was anything wrong with it, but the people that kept tailing and didnt realize what was going on are pretty dumb. He made me about 50 units in about 4 weeks this year, so I dont have anything negative to say about the man. The creepy defending (just in hopes to get his picks next year for a discount) are foolish and rather childish. Those that are simply cheering against him should also consider getting a job so they can move out of their parents basements.

Actually, a guy at another forum, sharp action sports dot com, has hit over 74% this season in college football. His name is "steve-o", and he's been killing the bowls.

yup

By my count he's 5-2-1 in the bowls. If you disregard the push on the Cal game that's 71%. Pretty damn good

Drifter, Do your homework. "not have balance on offense". Are you kidding me? They had two thousand yard rushers, and led the nation in both passing and rushing touchdowns. What do you call balance?

My homeboy is out!!!

I have a Homeboy and his name is Demarco Murray. He will not play, cause of his season-ending injury, which will leave Chris Brown as their only option. Unless Brown plays like Sproles did tonight against Indy in the playoff game, he will not be enough. Florida run defense will stop the run and force Bradford to become pass-happy causing dropped passes and possibly interceptions, not to mention hurried passes and possible sacks. Is that enough home work for ya. Thanks for the responses, I like all the feedback I can get it helps with my picks!!!:missingte

Great post. Everyone has their ups and downs, 4-10 is certainly bad, but it is just 14 games. I am looking at the big picture. Chin is up, and looking forward to next season. 100+ units on the season (bowl games included), and never a play over 5 Units. I am very confident next year will be another successful year. People on here calling me out don't bother me. It is comical really.

Anyway, I wanted to congratulate you on the contest. Bummer about that one week. But you finished strong and still won that $10,000. That's awesome. Good Luck to you in your future as well sir.

Randy
