Nevad is one of my strongest bowl plays of the season though, so you get the win today.



Guys, you can ONLY count his record on his posted line. He probably lost his bets on the -6.5 too. Had he taken NCState, would you have counted that as a tie??? Of course you would not have done so

Love the Nevada play here Dizz. Of the two teams Nevada has to take the motivated edge over Maryland. An ACC team headed way out west to play in the Humanitarian Bowl.

Rushing edge clearly with Nevada here and IMO opinion the offense overall. I think the real key here is that Nevada's defense is ranked at or near the bottom in the nation against the pass. Remember though what conference they play in, the pass happy WAC. Maryland's offense is far less potent.

I love the games where you baisically have to win to cover. Felt like Missouri was gonna win last night but I think everyone could tell as the game went on that they needed a miracle to cover. Before the game my leans were with Dizz but hind sight is always 20-20.

If Maryland is as unmotivated as many here say thay are, then I can definitely see Nevada pounding them.

However, if Marylad is motivated....watch out. They could beat Nevada outright. Strength of schedule comparison bears this out.

Maryland definitely has the weapons and the ability for quick scores but I just think Nevada's going to come out fired up and the already poor Maryland rush defense won't have the fire to shut down the Nevada rush. Think Randizz made a good call here.

Well, the good thing is they still have almost 3 Quarters to play...don't get too worried just yet. A lot happens during the play time...and even in the last two minutes...

This Nevada QB really isn't that great (even before he got hurt) and I don't quite understand why he is still in. I didn't know much about it, but I've read all year how he's a great playmaker. But to be honest he hasn't impressed me this game...
