Just wanted to say that if you followed my wager you lost money on the race and Im sorry about that as i was expecting all the chalk to come in this race.By the way if you listed to me about Amercian Pharoah if he comes out of this race in good shape I think we might have the Triple Crown winner here and I dont say that alot trust me.Once again sorry about if you lost money but damn the 15 passes the 8 we get a bigger piece of the tri dammit.

First time in 15 years I've missed placing a bet on the Derby. Missed it due to an appointment that ended up taking much much longer than anticipated.

Will revisit this again next year.

Until then Gravy....

You hit the tri Gravy. With any luck you could have made a decent score. Materiality hesitated at the start. Got squeezed back into the first turn. Never seemed to be comfortable until coming from dead last at the top of the stretch, weaving through horses to get 6th. Definately needed that experience as it turned out.

Congrats on hitting the tri even if it didn't pay as you had hoped.

Thxs Michelangelo, I went for the big score as normally there is on the Derby instead of just using my ratings and using what is has worked for me and thats my fault as i got greedy.I was expecting about 6 horses to go out to the front for a speed duel that never happened and when it didnt the speed that did set comfortable fractions and thats why no closers came except for Frosted.Thats why I hate 18 or 20 horse fields but like they say you never know whats going to happen and thats why its called horse racing as i dont like losing people money folllowing my picks thats why I give out my warning every year.Oh well on to the Preakness in 2 weeks.
