Johnny,
Not only has Jeff planted the seed to me himself, here's more proof.

http://www.duluthsuperior.com/mld/duluthsuperior/5398944.htm

"Meanwhile, the U.S. attorney in St. Louis busted up an Internet gambling ring based there. Two defendants told authorities they were small compared with Gold Medal Sports."

"Meanwhile, the U.S. attorney in St. Louis busted up an Internet gambling ring based there. Two defendants told authorities they were just small fish - the big kahuna was Gold Medal Sports."

There's a good one that comes right from the government site/documents, but I don't have the time....

I appreciate the link but I was not a defendant in St Louis. If you see anything with my name on it please let me know.

Also, from what I understand David Tedder sold out Gold Medal trying to protect his own ass. I have no proof of that but it makes sense. I was told that by a pretty reliable source.

I knew from the git-go Tedder was bad news but no one would believe me and that included Jeff and Duane and may others. I also think Tedder was involved in the deal that crushed Eddie Hadeed down in Antigua.

I cut out this from the link you posted above

"The federal investigation into the Wisconsin-based online betting service, Gold Medal Sports, was just the third such case ever prosecuted in the United States. It was the first time the IRS used wiretapping hardware - specially designed at the request of investigators in Wisconsin - to monitor e-mail. So far, six people have been convicted of federal crimes in connection with the three-year investigation. A seventh, accused of helping the bookies hide their profits in offshore banks, is scheduled for trial in May"

I think this and Tedder's tax schemes are what did Gold Medal in. Tedder is the seventh guy they were talking about above I am sure.

David Tedder is an absolute hood. He avoided me like a disease because he knew I was all over him.
I took Tedder's offshore tax scheme to who was then the top tax/crminal attorney in the south and he said the plan was okay excpet for one thing. The money involved here would be considered illegal proceeds from gambling. That the plan would be easily penetrated by the IRS. This guy is now an Federal Judge and he was right on.

The accounting firm I referred to above was Ernst and Young.

Another point here. I know hindsight is 20/20 but even as Paradise Casino was going down Jeff and Duane continued to operate Gold Medal as if they were untouchable. The PC was structured under the same umbrella in Curacao as Gold Medal. Everybody else bailed out but them. Tedder sold them out I am convinced.

I've always wondered if Jeff Allen would have stepped in and taken over Camelot from his good buddy Mark Del if he had not been in such hot water already.

Opinions anyone?

I think the biggest problem people have with you on this website is two fold.
1) You want people to feel bad for you. We don't feel bad for someone who lies to people and got popped by the feds.
2) You never answer a direct question with a direct answer. Someone earlier in this thread asked you. "if you lie about your previous record to,entice people to pay for a pick, isn't that fraud"? Answer the question!!!

I never asked anyone to feel bad for me did I? Correct me if I did.

There is no fraud by me. Used to be maybe-not now. For many reasons.

Demarco- Let me spell it out for you so you can understand what you are doing. When you state that your record in the last 10 games is 9-1 and that is not what your real record is over the last 10 games, then that is fraud. Fraud by definition is when one individual or company implies something as fact to induce another to do or purchase something. If that inducement is incorrect then fraud is being committed. What you say on your tapes is fraud at least 95% of the time. Whether the state or Feds choose to prosecute you is another manner. Just because they haven't prosecuted anyone in the past doesn't mean that it's not going to happen in the future. Talk to an attorney. I did and that's an attorney's interpretation of fraud. Also, by you being so high profile and making a tape of your inducement, you leave yourself wide open for prosecution once the feds start to clamp down on sports services. Ignorance isn't a defense. Now, do you understand that your committing fraud on almost a daily basis and breaking the law?

just what or whose point spread woud anyone be using in trying to prove fraud?

Seriously, I understand what you're saying.

Also, I make 1/1000th of what I used to.

You could use any closing line of an offshore sportsbook or Las Vegas Casino and you couldn't hit at the rate that you say you do on your tapes. At least you acknowledge what your doing as fraud. I'm not going to beat a dead horse anymore. I just wanted you to acknowledge what you say on the tapes constitutes fraud. Do I think your ever going to busted for it? Probably not but you never know with the feds and this wacky administration. You may make 1/1000 of what you used to make. That doesn't excuse the lies that you tell on tape to induce people to call your 1-900 number.

that's just it nobody calls anymore. The 900 business is dead. Last week after going 0-5 I won 8 in a row and I think 28 people called. That's it.

Maybe you should try the soft sell approach once or twice a week. It might get you a bigger response than 28 calls. I bet you didn't advertise that you lost 5 in a row. Now if you said I lost 5 in a row and now I've won 8 straight you might get a decent response. The public is tired of the lies that sports services have been telling for years. There still will be a few idiots that will call no matter what but times are a changing and it porbably won't be long until a big service like Wayne Root or Jim Feist goes belly up. This might be the wake up call that will lead you to change your approach to the tapes you make or even try a new vocation. Have you thought about changing what you do for a living? What you do now seems more like a part time job than a full time job.
