Offshore scam books look for anyway to make money. The sell their info, be it phone number, contact, email, etc.

Also, no fed govt entity will be contacting you by phone with charges. That goes for any IRS, Social security, etc collection or fraud thing. If its federal and by phone its a scam. that simple

+1 if you have a smart phone you can download an app to deflect scam calls. I'm a T-Mobile subscriber and it was done automatically. Relax and sleep easy this shit is happening all over the country.
