Czech Republic - Gambrinus Liga (2 units)
Banik Ostrava -1/4 over Bohemians 1905
Banik have won their last 6 matches in a row including their last 3 away matches as they are tied for 2nd place and 1 point ahead of 4th place. They are 3 points behind 1st place so they will be motivated to take 3 points here.

Teams I will be watching but not betting are:
Caen, who is at pk and have only lost 1 match in their last 15. The only reason I'm not taking them is that they have promotion sewn up.

Crystal Palace, who is at pk and are fighting relegation. However, they are playing West Brom who are playing well. The only saving grace is that WB have 2nd place sewn up.

Republic of Ireland - Premier
Sporting Fingal +1/4 1.85 over Bohemians (2 units)
Sporting have not lost in their last 8 matches.

Bohemians started out winning their first 3 matches but have not won in their last 5 in the league.

Malmö FF ML 1.57 over Djurgården (3 units)
Going back to my favorite league. Malmö is on a bounce-back match having lost on the road by 1 goal to league-leader Helsingborg. Malmö is a top team and should win by at least 1 goal at home. I don't see them settling for a draw here.

Djurgården has lost 3 out of their last 4 road matches.

I always get concerned when I see winning streaks for the team I bet (Sporting) and losing streaks for the team I'm betting against (Bohemians). Oh well.

On a related note, Caen and Crystal Palace both had draws so both would have been pushes.

Germany - 3. Liga
FC Carl Zeiss Jena PK 1.84 over Wacker Burghausen (4 units)
I just don't understand this line. CZ Jena has not lost on the road in their last 8 road matches. In fact, they've won 5 of those. They have 3 matches left and are 5 points out of a promotion playoff spot so they will want a win here.

Wacker Burghausen have lost 3 out of their last 4 matches.

Erzgebirge Aue -1 1/4 2.03 over Wehen Wiesbaden (3 units)
I realize that this is a bit of a spread. However, Erzgebirge is in the top spot but only 1 point ahead of the 2nd-place team and only 3 points ahead of the 3rd-place team. They will want a win here but can they win by 2 to make this a winning bet? They have won their last 5 at home by 2 or more.

Wehen have lost their last 2 road matches by at least 2 goals.

Red card by Erzgebirge did this one in. They gave it a good chance with 1 less player though. I will be paying special attention to this team the next time they play.

CZ Jena 3, Wacker 2, WINNER, +3.36

Today: 1-1, +0.36

YTD: 11-3, +11.39

Going with my favorite league here again.

Sweden - Allsvenskan
Örebro +1/2 1.85 over Kalmar (3 units)
Here's a line I just don't understand. Örebro has won 4 out of their last 5. Kalmar has not yet won in 8 matches in the league this year so why are they favored.

:think2:

Sometimes when a line looks too good to be true there is a reason. Other times the line is just wrong. We will see on Wednesday which is true. I can't refuse to bet this one just because it seems so off.
