A few things that I have learned already this season is that regardless of my plays, I will coat tail you on everything. You got it going on for sure.
Obviously I am really trying to teach myself the art of arbs, middles , correlated parlays , etc....The only way to learn is to put your hard earned money on the table. WNBA is by far the best place to master this type of investing due to the fluctuating lines. I have read so much material on this stuff ...but until you go for it , you are just spinning your wheels.
Twice now I have been bitten by the 1/2 point hook for a total of $464 which should be in my pocket. Did I learn where I went wrong ? of course I did. Will I give up because of that ? HELL NO !!!! I am just getting started. I see it like this. You have to pay for the education. Ill pay my tuition and graduate with honors. I have no doubts about that.
Phase I is just getting started.....Phase II will not come until I know precisely to a "T" what I am doing ( this is not my first rodeo ...but I have a long ways to go). Phase III will be when I put the real $$ down. If I make it to phase III, You can bet your ass that I will share.
Just trying to do something that I have always wanted to do is all. I learned someting about correlated parlays this past NFL season. Every once in a blue moon, there comes a "NO WAY TO LOSE" situation. I have hit that situation a few times and I tell you what.....That is the ultimate rush in this thing that we do. There are lots of wiseguys on these boards who could help but unfortunately .....most of them will not and you have to be very careful who you trust in forumville. I am looking for that blue moon again and I will find it......just a matter of time.
as far as my WNBA record..... its meaningless investing like this.
The bottom line is the only number that matters.
