SERIE A SATURDAY:
the one play I will be jumping on this saturday is on the Cagliari-Torino game:
The side I am leaning heavily on is Cagliari...Why?

Why would I risk anything on a team that has yet to win a game. I'll tell you
the conditions:
Hard fought tie at home against INTER, two weeks ago
Nasty performance at Lazio last week, deserved better.
perrenial overachiever at home.
better team than record indicates.
-seems to to me that they are finally surfacing in the positive direction.
-opponent fits nicely...what can you say about Torino...nothing much...
yet to score more than 1goal/per game in this High octane Serie A.

The selection: Cagliari to at least tie...but the win will taste much better.

Prediction: Cagliari 2 Torino 1
The play: Cagliari to WIN (5 units)

Thread lightly on the Roma game...if you decide to tail me...

(In case you tailed me on the Cagliari - although I doubt- sorry for the pick)

I knew deep in me guts, as I capped the Cagliari game, that it would come
down to Cagliari having to score..Torino behaved just as I expected. On the other hand, I did not think that the an ex Milan golie would put on such a performace....teams literally steal a point sometimes..

Nonetheless...
Unless Roma comes up against same type of increible goaltending...my play stands! AS Roma will win this game. The cagliari play was to provide profits
for the Milan / Palermo game.....(There is something about Sunday night soccer in Italy...especially when either Juventus / Inter/ and Milan, are the participants...my sides and total angles were ready from last week).

The strength (and confidance) of my play(s) on the Milan game, can only be reinforced if Roma wins...

ps: As pheripheral action I will play
2 units on Valencia -1 goal
and 2 units on Real Madrid to WIN on the Money line (this team will surge
up to the the X-mas break..)

Sometimes we just have to play the longshot every once in a while to see if it will come through. I took Grasshoppers -1.5 +205 over FC Thun in the Austrian league this morning. I knew that the Grasshoppers were away but I felt they were a good enough team to beat Thun by 2 goals. I was following the scoring at x-scores.com and it showed Grasshoppers going up 2-0 at the 80th minute. When I returned to view the score the goal was disallowed resulting in a 3-unit swing.

Good luck on Sunday and thanks for your input. I believe I'll put a bit on Roma.

This is one of my favorite scenarios here. Alkmaar was beaten at home in their last match. They are a powerhouse who had been doing well up to that point. They will be wanting to take out revenge on their next weak opponent which is Willem.

I believe the Dutch and Scandinavian teams are better predicted using line movements. I have been using the line movement system to bet on all European matches. I'll have to check my results from this year to verify. I believe I will use line movements to pick out a couple matches and then research them.
