As far as picking dogs on the road, Cup play is often a good time for this, especially if the home favorite is up in the first match. Sometimes they are willing to settle for the draw which would allow them to go on to the next round since they outscored their opponent in the previous match.

wheeeja, you got it all figured out, btw expekt has much better odds for parma than for Rubin, they LEAN ON RUBIN !! that means they think parma will lose, and thus they offer great odds for Parma 1'70 !!

They want you to take Parma who won the first match. Parma can afford to play for the draw here and still go on to the next round. That's what makes the draw such a good value bet.
