Good read on the Mil and Pit....and your gut was right about the Cleveland game. Should have, could have and would have..
I overlooked the San Diego game. San Diego was a gem tonight.. argh.

Onto Tomorrow.

Yeah, decided to get the bad taste of Pitt and Houston out of my mouth and played a nice little two-stepper with Halos and o7 Braves/Priests so not all lost. That Milw batting avg was easy to pick up, I look at team's batting avg against RHP and LHP each day, the thing about Cole I had read later in the afternoon and I just tried to will in my head he was gonna shake out of, was something like pitch count was getting higher or maybe K/BB or K/9 ratio getting smaller, just something that set off an alarm. Time of the year to pay closer attention to these finer details. And WTF with Kazmir??? Didn't see that coming, most runs he's given up in a game this year. 6-2 folks, would say close except the two losses were anything but. We tee it up again tonight and then you know the drill tomorrow and Thursday, plenty of afternoon action I won't be in much of a position to tackle.

So sorry about dumbass Pitt! For some reason, Garrett Cole hates me.....or that's what it feels like. Every time i put $ on that guy, he fucks me. I am staying away from him for the rest of the season. Let's do this on TUESDAY!

Not your fault, I have the final say in the wager. Just should have "listened" to this blurb I read on him late in the afternoon after you posted and I mentioned I liked the play. The guy has lost three of his last four starts, no decision in the fourth, and Pitt has lost all four games. We missed the boat on that one, but that's why they call it gambling. The Houston game was just a classic clusterphuck, pitcher with the second lowest ERA American League gets bombed, LOL. Shit happens.

Liking these so far: Toronto, LAD RL (-1+) and I know Slappy has the Mets above, but I'm thinking under in that one. Ya got arguably the hottest pitcher in the NL right now in deGrom backed by the worst hitting team (Mets) in the NL. I can see a close low-scoring affair here, but I'm not close-minded to playing the Mets..... Just that they burned my ass Sunday. One that's driving me nuts..... why is KC only a -116 (down from -125 open) fav over Cincy???? Hmmmmmmmmm, Enquiring minds want to know.

That's some bad numbers above on that KC/Cincy game, website I took those from is tripping. Actual numbers even more favorable for the Royals player, the line movement is puzzling me something fierce. Anyone got a clue, feel free to clue me in.

TUESDAY:

BJays -1 (-135)

LMAO, you kill me sometimes TITS! Yeah, no shit Jays, but is it worth it to try and gain 25 cents (-160 vs. -135) when you're trying to hit a 7-8 banger??? The Dodgers tonight, I'll go the full Monty, A's (and the manager is pissed about playing tonight) travel clear across the country last night/this am to face Kershaw. Not gonna pay -220+ for that, gonna whittle it down, but the Jays, I say we let it go at prime rate and hope for the best. What else ya got up your sleeve (beside that damn tennis, LOL, I share your plays with my favorite tennis hound, da Mother)?

She's a some kind of master or what the hell bridge player, teaches it as well and earns a check doing so. Wants to know if you'd like to buy her tennis plays, she's always looking for ways to pad the bank account, LOL.

I got her hooked up with the Tennis Channel when I got to Charlotte, increased my take in the will by 50%, LOL, all she had before was ESPN and the networks. If the woman isn't playing bridge, teaching bridge, or playing golf, she's glued to the damn flat screen watching tennis on that damn Tennis Channel. This would be hard for any of my close friends to fathom, including my ex-wife, but my mother watches tennis more religiously than I do football. So yeah, I wouldn't think about placing a bet w/o consulting her..... and then of course I'd get read the riot act about wasting my money on gambling, LOL.

Let's get back to bases, got a couple more to throw in the fire, one will drive all nuts as I pointed the reason for not betting the Brewers out last night. I kinda like ova 7+ in their game tonight, -125, both pitchers potential nukes. At some point, ya gotta get over this palsy, and I think the Brew Crew might do it tonight making the over look enticing. Other game is Da Cubbies (can hear that argggggggggggggg!! all the way down here TITS). Just throwing mud up against the wall right now, by all means, BRING IT!!!

Yeah Tofu (I dub thee Tofu for this thread, LOL), I think we need to get us a little Seattle Sunshine in our diet tonight (Puns abound in that one). Public % hanging tight both sides but line going up at a brisk pace. Like it. Another one folks, on paper for the year, you'd think the Redbirds would be a play tonight, but frankly, neither pitcher has fared well against the opposing side. I say over 7, maybe buy it to 6+ is a strong play on the Giants/Cards game tonight. Weather permitting.

I dont see the bluejays as some great play. Dickey on the road laying major wood ? I could see him getting lit up.

Define "major wood." Would I be willing to play them on the RL, hell no. But straight up, yeah, I don't have a problem laying the juice mano-y-mano. Fanatics "after the All-Star break" honeymoon is over, look at the results, they've come back to earth. Jays have a little incentive right now, I like their chances ML.
