Are we seeing a radicalized portion of BLM? Will be interesting to see the agenda of BLM in the next several.years.....I don't see this radical group/movement withering away any time soon. The more videos that come out of cops shootings g unarmed citizens, the more violent it seems these situations will get.
Who has the answers? Will be interesting to see how either candidate will answer after they've been elected POTUS.
No, In My Opinion at least....BLM will evolve into a Group that adopts a different name and is, eventually, led by a Moderate along the lines of MLK. There are a few very good candidates to take the reigns. People have gotten onboard with BLM to express rage, get themselves attention, play the role of Malcom X, some likely hope for-look for an opportunity to Loot after destroying stuff.
This sort of person won't "hang" with BLM, IMO, through it's evolution. The "Black Lives Matter" name implies too much that other lives do not, it's too Divisive. A Moderate will feel that as well plus thugs have tainted the BLM Name.
Right Now wanna-be revolutionaries, people with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and attention whores are doing what they do, using BLM for their own agenda. They're an anchor on Black People who are genuinely seeking Needed Change in stuff PatsFan1282 and others mentioned, that might lead to a better climate within Police-ing and less adversarial relationship between Black People and Law Enforcement.
Certain BLM Chapters are already cutting ties with Attention Whores and harmful idiots such as Jarrett Maupin in Phoenix. Moderate MLK-like leader, Male or Female, their first move would be to cut ties with Violence or any call for that cuz they would know that this would be "counter-productive". To make the biggest understatement ever.
