I retired at 50 and have an income from my career and business investments that would make you drool not to mention Social Security based on the 6 figure income I walked away from after 28 years in 1998 to retire. I have no problem with you trying to learn this business, just telling you not to act like you know it all, because you don't. As for being on this site, why do you think the RX pays for me to be here? Enjoy your youth. It goes by too fast!

I rarely get into the City anymore even though I was born, raised, and educated in the Sunset District through the mid 60's and spent my entire career working in the Civic Center area. Attended Lowell High School and then went to UC Berkeley before starting my career. I have always preferred the warmer climate, so I live in the East Bay hills. As for the night time Giants games, used to be a monster of a chill going to Candlestick. As you said, even in the new park, although protected somewhat from the wind, it still can get very cold certain times of the year, particularly if it is windy. I'm looking to attend some day games this year but haven't really checked the schedule yet.
