Can they score a TD on this play or is it a dead ball after converting the 4th down ?

And can the team on D int the play for a TD or is it dead at COP.

Lots of potential good and bad beats from this new rule

What are the percentages of 4th & 15 conversions vs onside kicks recovered?

The numbers are out there somewhere I saw previously.

Assuming the 4th & 15 if far easier.
