Alright, lets get back on track...

Arizona/Colorado Under 9 (+100)
Haren on the mound, think he's gonna have a great day today against Colorado hitters. They haven't hit him well as a team and I really think the scoring is going to be one-sided with AZ winning in a 4-2 type game.

More to come....

Good Luck

Shoot, I forgot to add the units on this, gonna have to take my word, it was a 50 unit play.... HA! Kidding....

It was 1.5 to win 1.5. This is for my own tracking purposes.

Atlanta -135 (2.5 to win 1.9)
I like Atlanta here because, even though Washington has a couple more W's under their belt, Atlanta has really seen the ball well vs. Lannan. I really think Atlanta comes out swinging and this one may become a high scoring win for the ATL.

Good Luck.

Alright, back on track. Just looked over this and one that I like:

Philly -160 (2.4 to win 1.5)
Cole Hammels. He'll be back on ready to smoke some guys in a day game in Philadelphia. I just refuse to see him throwing another 5-7 run game. I don't see it happening and I think they win this game handily. Thinking about run line here but haven't had the best of luck RL's this year.
Probably more to come.....

Good Luck.

NY Mets +120 (2 to win 2.4)

The Mets have really hit Lohse very well so I'm just thinking about past successes here. I really think this could be a high scoring game with New York pulling it off.

Good Luck.

Philly/Florida Over 8.5 -120 (2.4 to win 2)
Brett Myers Vs. Josh Johnson. Both teams have hit these pitchers well in the past and I believe the game is going to be well over the 8.5, maybe somewhere in the 12 run range.

Good Luck.

I like the play, Johnson roughed up last time out. I think Johsnon and the Marlins worth a play as well, -135 low for a top tier pitcher. Take a look at the Brewers, maybe I'm seeing it wrong, but I think that's the biggest mismatch of the day, favoring the Brew Crew.

Like my buddy Mr. Flapjacks says, it might be the best game on the board. I got it at -125 from a local, I think its up to -130 some places, but maybe you can catch it @ 125.

Mets -290 (7.3 to win 2.5)
F-it. I'm in, I talked to Donnie on the phone and we just don't see it playing into the Nat's favor today. Santana on the mound in a divisional game coming off being swept. No f'n way. Thats why they have Johan as their ace, he is a slide stopper. It's a lotta mulah, but like I said, f-it. I'll be a BIG Mets fan tonight.....

Good Luck

Great day yesterday Prof. Oh how the Over gods shown down on you lol! Glad Santana did his thing, and K-Rod decided to get his 3 outs after making it a 1 run affair. Volstadt and the Marlins are my best bet for the day, but man it's tough to trust them after that bullpen shellacking they took, or should I say M. Lindstrom took... 2/3 inning pitched, 4 H, 7 ER, 3 BB, 2 HR. Someone reserve a spot on the farm.

Thanks, Flap. I still can't believe that over hit in the 9th. I must have some karma or something. I'm looking over the games and am going to look at that FLA game for sure. Back with more....

Atlanta -115 (2.3 to win 2)
Derek Lowe pitching against Arroyo. I think Lowe comes out and pitches a gem. In limited at-bats, the Braves have had success against Arroyo and I like that trend to continue.

Went to Mr. Flapjacks thread and he made a great point about the value here. NO starter for the Mets (besides Johan) deserves this much respect. Washington is going to get their W's at some point in the season, and I think this is one of those times. Neither pitcher is dominating at all. If Washington can get within one run against Santana, I like the value a lot here against Pelfrey.

Pittsburgh +115 (1.5 to win 1.7)

Pittsburgh lost in extras last night after clawing back from 3-1. In this one, the managers are going to want their starters to stay in as long as possible and the Father's Hill hasn't gone over 100 pitches this season. I look for Pittsburgh to pull away in the 5th or 6th inning and give the Swashbucklers a victory today. Oh yeah, if anyone hasn't noticed, Pitt and SD are both good this year, weird....

Think this is going to be a scoring fiesta with these pitchers on the mound. I think this game is going to be in the teens by the end of the game, but again, I don't like to play a whole bunch of totals, but these pitchers are Bush.....

Florida -145 (2.9 to win 2)

Donnie Flapjacks loves it, MJ loves it, I'm gonna tail these guys. Sometimes others know more than yourself.... Divisional game at home coming off a heartbreaking loss and a current cold streak that needs to end, I really see the Fish pulling this one out.

I forgot to add units again, but I played it 1.5 to win 2.6... My bad.

Yesterday 1-0 (+2.6 units)
YTD 28-21 (+14.9 units)

OK, at first glance there seems to be lotsa games to play for Monday evening. I have a few leans and 2 definite plays:

Col/SD Under 10 -110 (1.6 to win 1.5)
Young vs Hammel, both pitchers are pretty decent and the Fathers have not seen Hammel while Young is lights out against the Rockies. I don't see these two offenses putting up more than 7 runs combined.

Dodgers -130 (1.9 to win 1.5)
LA hits Zito relatively well overall (Kemp RAKES against him). Wolf is not a premier pitcher by any means, but LA has a better offense and a better pitcher. I really like this and may add to it. Also, who in their right mind takes Zito?

Leans, opinions welcome:
Houston -102
Florida +135
Pitt +145

Will probably play one or two of these but need to do more research.

Good Luck.

Adding:

Houston Even (1.5 to win 1.5)

Oswalt is due to pitch really well. Cueto is due to pitch really poorly. I don't think Cueto is over the hump to become a great pitcher, even though he has started the year pretty well. His inconsistancy has hurt him in the past and I think Houston wins this one on the road.

I like Washington to keep the good times rolling against Philly in that bandbox of a stadium. The Nats have players with a lot of pop and I don't see any reason they can't beat a winless Blanton. For the price, it just doesn't get much better than this.

Good Luck.

Tough day yesterday with LA and Washington, oh well, thats why its called gambling and not winning. I have a few games I'm looking over for tonight, plenty of time to try to get a good feel and get on the winning side today.

Leans:
Washington (I know, I know, but its a good line)
St Louis
Pit
Colorado

Again, these are not plays, just throwing out what I'm looking at and, as always, opinions are welcome.
