Nice player profiles Hache.

Glad #54 made it in finally. His #s & All-Pros are already Hall-worthy, but an argument can be made that Zach was more important to that good MIA "D" than HoF partner Jason Taylor. He was the CAPT & consistently made key plays to help win gms. When he missed gms, MIA's "D" drastically changed. It's sad that Wannstedt & Jay Fiedler crab wasted 2 HoF careers all those yrs.

Revis easily because he was the best at his position for a 5 year stretch.

To make the HOF, you should be the best at your position for at least 3-4 years. Too many people make it now.

Freeny was overated. Sure he was good for a strip/sack every 3rd game but if you watched the colts, they never played the run. It was pass rush or bust every down and by the way, in his prime, colts had statistically the worst defense in the league.

You are right about that

Should be reserved for the elite
It is like for some here probably are in sales.... Making 3 President's club's yet 20 years from now in retirement, calling yourself 1 of the best sales reps ever. Come on. The best sales reps of all time are worth 8-9 figures.

Excellent analogy

It's pretty simple

What quarterbacks are in Joe Montana and Tom Brady's league?

What running backs are in Barry Sanders and Jim Browns league?

What wide receivers are in Jerry Rice's league?

What NBA players are in Michael jordan, LeBron james, Larry Birds league?

Do that with every sport and you have a reasonably short list of answers and there you have your Hall Of Famers
