Bibi proved that in Israel, as in America, the dirtier the campaign, the more you can scare the people, the better chance they will vote against their own interests. Very sad day for Israel and Jews everywhere that want a safe, secure Israeli future.

Well said....I posted the same thing in the other thread...even before I read your post. He truly showed his true colors before the election....the racist remarks he made afainst rha Israeli Arabs are absurd.....they are both Jewish and citizens of Israel....even if he doesn't consider them that. Sad day indeed...for Israeland the world....time will tell.

But don't think that Bibi won this election in the last few days. The polls were, quite clearly, wrong. It's easy from our comfortable, safe, countries to accuse Mr Netanyahu of scaremongering with his claims that the world is out to get Israel; the problem is that, from an Israeli perspective, it happens to be true

.

President Obama is indeed selling Israel out for a deal with an Iranian regime bent on destroying Israel; when Israel defends itself most of the world turns on it. Israelis live in genuine fear not just of terror but of obliteration. So Mr Netanyahu's campaign struck a chord. It was security, not Isaac Herzog's domestic issue focus, that won out.

How come whenever anyone starts a dumbest poster thread my name is never included in the poll? For God's sake does anyone talk more shit about a topic they know nothing about than I do?

I'll take care of it.

Great for Israel. Great for the free world. Not great for the cowards out there. Not great for those that lead from behind. Not great for the appeasers and peaceniks out there.

And most of all, not great for Iran.

http://foreignpolicy.com/2015/03/18/from-tel-aviv-to-turtle-bay-israel-palestinians-un-resolution/

After years of blocking U.N. efforts to pressure Israelis and Palestinians into accepting a lasting two-state solution, the United States is edging closer toward supporting a U.N. Security Council resolution that would call for the resumption of political talks to conclude a final peace settlement, according to Western diplomats.

The move follows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s decisive re-election Tuesday after the incumbent publicly abandoned his commitment to negotiate a Palestinian state — the basis of more than 20 years of U.S. diplomatic efforts — and promised to continue the construction of settlements on occupied territory. The development also reflects deepening pessimism over the prospect of U.S.-brokered negotiations delivering peace between Israelis and Palestinians.

Shortly before this week’s election, the United States informed its diplomatic partners that it would hold off any moves in the U.N. Security Council designed to put Israel on the spot at the United Nations in the event that Netanyahu’s challenger, Isaac Herzog, won the election. But U.S. officials signaled a willingness to consider a U.N. resolution in the event that Netanyahu was re-elected and formed a coalition government opposed to peace talks. The United States has not yet circulated a draft, but diplomats say Washington has set some red lines and is unwilling to agree to set a fixed deadline for political talks to conclude.

Oh my! The dreaded red line. Netanyahu has nothing to worry about.

[h=2]Obama administration signals patience with Netanyahu running out.[/h]

[h=2]According to several administration officials, the Obama administration is now seriously considering agreeing to the passage of a United Nations Security Council resolution "embodying the principles of a two-state solution that would include Israel’s 1967 borders with Palestine and mutually agreed swaps of territory," according to The New York Times.

Although the relationship between Israel and the United States would remain strong, according to administration officials, it would not be managed by US President Barack Obama and Netanyahu. Instead, US Secretary of State John Kerry, one of Netanyahu's only remaining friends in the president's administration, would take over along with Pentagon officials who handle the close military alliance with Israel.[/h]

Every time I think you've made your dumbest post yet. This one will be hard to top.

I asked a simple question....just waiting for any kind of answer.....your answer was about what everyone has come to expect from you. You never fail to meet expectations

You asked a SIMPLETON question, not a simple one. Go to the local Temple and ask the rabbi if you're that dumb and curious.

You can always try a Mosque. Who knows, maybe you’ll get to spend some time with your Lord and Savior.
