PPH..thanks for the input..good to see there are still some bookmakers out there who appreciate a place where they work that they can walk into w/o looking over their shoulder..maybe even a desk with a picture of a loved one..to many guys around today who settle for marginal help and think thats good enough..also to many bookmakers around who just dont like to pay..one good look at SBR will tell you about gentlemen who just dont like to pay..A pro books a bet and when it wins pays it..
You are right, there are some good New School guys is the business. I actually find that the younger guys offer better CS than most of the old school guys for some reason(trained by Monty). I cant count how many times a customer has said "Thank God I got you" in every single office I have ever worked in just because of the way I treat them. I think a lot the old schoolers are better at relating to the guys(the rest of us just fake it) because most of them do gamble, enjoy blowing large amounts of cash at the casino, I dont but give me a bowl load and a redbull and Im gonna go Phone Doctor on their asses.
Well for I what I know PPH shops are excellent, like you said, you some of them won't offer the best of services, but you really cannot judge the whole thing by just a couple of bad shops, a friend of mine has being dealing with pay per head solutions and they are great as far as I know. Those guys actually hire native speakers and have guys with a great deal of experience, I mean, there is nothing to lose with trying them out... let me know if you do...
