yeah thats the way it goes, Playoff baseball is alittle tougher, these guys are playing with so much more emotion.

props to Jackson, for him getting beat around in the first like that and to clamp down the way he did, not alot of guys can do that.

i got talked into this bet by a guy I gamble with, and we both put a bet on them to win, way back in september before they were even assured a playoff spot, but I cant root for the cards to win, and I really didnt think they'd win today....(we put the bets in, than our local immediatly took off futures lol)

I kinda try to forget I have this, than if they do get there and win I get alittle present.

agreed, I took him game 2 at +175 and he was absolutely not the reason Cards won as he got shelled and replaced early, Carpenter pitches alot better at home.

I hope so as well... @ the end of the day it is a 50/50 chance just like a hand of hold em' except it last a little bit longer... Better line up, better experience on the mound is enough for me to gamble on... Hopefully they can step up on the road!!

the only thing that sucks, is Prince hit lefty's really well early in the year, is struggling abit with them in the 2nd half.

and no T-Plush cuz of a lefty, Gomez is playin center for him and has speed and an ok bat, and Kotteras is in for Lucroy becuase of Randy Wolf. Kotteras has some good power but is a lefty.

me either, brewers seem to play better when they score early, and it will be interesting to see what Randy Wolf does, for the most of the season he usually goes 7+ and usually makes a "quality" start
