Yeah obviously you warned me ahead of time Will. I'm not disputing that, I just didn't know of 5stars shadyness. Was it known he was shady even 7 months ago when I made the bet? I tried to do a background check, when we talked about the bet in the thread, nobody really seemed to point it out....

Why isn't 5 Star Bomb banned here is a good question. He has been banned in the past and also placed on post review for various reasons. The problem with the Patswin bet is I am not sure where that stands right now or I would request him to make good or be banned for that one also.
Of course he is free to do his posting at another site where the moderators (some of them, not all, to be fair) welcome stiffs who flat out stiff posters on their gambling debts and welcome them with open arms. They know who they are, anything for a warm body.

You know what's really weird about this entire thing? You make a thread asking for help about what to do about an outstanding debt but yet when posters react with such energy you almost sound as if you don't give a shit if he pays you or not. You keep defending a guy that owes you money like he's the victim and it seems although you regret even posting this thread.
What were you trying to accomplish by creating this thread? Do you even care if you get paid?
the lies just keep on coming.last year was a perfect example,you spent all of preseason blowing your own horn,telling everybody who would listen how great you were at baseball. it was really something to see,then the season started and you had one of the most dismal starts I have ever seen.
then you bid farewell in this long letter.alot of people who followed got burned following someone who made themselves out to be this great capper ,only I guess to reappear in the tracker forum
you are doing the same thing now.you are in the baseball forum when you are doing good but disappear when you start losing.
the tracker forum means nothing really ,those numbers you quoted for your wagers are a lie in your own words,you didnt win 3000 dollars last year.nobody really tracks the numbers in that forum though there have been a few who have caught you fudging the numbers,the computer stats guy and I think betting food stamps.
all of these lies,claiming you wagered money and accusing doug of lying,claiming you have a syndicate 5 dimes is afraid of,posting false numbers on your wagers,these are not small lies.not to mention the fiasco last year is really a sign of a bigger problem here.

I know I didn't exactly dig a ten foot deep ditch but the extra work when you're busy to warn you at the time was worth it to me to take the extra step and email you the disclaimer.
