The marketplace for futures varies greatly between credit and post-up, for obvious reasons. I run into it all the time, when I wanna bet a future but don't want my money tied up for months, I can almost never get as good of a price on credit.
As the one offering the credit, he sets his own price. If you don't like it, move the fuck on. Doesn't mean he is shady, and starting a thread to try to "discredit" him just makes you look like a fool. It is not his responsibility to match Pinnacle for Christ's sake.
FWIW I think the number was quite fair. But that's not really the point anyway.

When I asked him why would someone bet that instead of better odds elsewhere he compared the odds on his bet to a different bet on Pinnacle. Did you or did you not click on the link in the 1st post to the Trump thread where this stuff happened?

Yeah but it's not like Pinny was +143 for field and he offered +145 for Trump and said "hey look, I'm offering better odds!" The Pinny field line was used as a comparison, and even if it wasn't apples to apples, it can be used as a baseline.
I don't know what the exact equivalent of a +143 field bet is, when translated to a Trump wins bet. Almost 50 extra cents seems about fair, but again, if I wanted to take the bet it would be on me to shop my options.
Bottom line is you are accusing him of trying to deceive with malicious intent, which is a shitty thing to say about someone with the very little you have to go off.

Then why did he compare his +190 "Trump to win" bet to the Pinnacle +172 "Trump and all others to win" bet? Two different bets. The "Trump to win" bets were better to much better odds at that time at every other book I checked than what he was offering, which is fine, but why would he compare his bet to a different bet type which will always be below his? He either didn't as a shop owner know the difference, or he was trying to be misleading to people who back or support a candidate he despises.

Again, +190 is the VERY best on ONLY trump at 5d... DSI doesn't even have it that good and that's credit .. my personal shop has +170... Very few people probably have access to +190.. and almost no one at PPH..

I didn't say you were cheating. Cheating would be not paying out or saying there was no bet after it won. There is no "if" it was a Trump/Field, that is the bet they offer for the election.
You are saying you missed that the +172 was a field bet. Ok, at least we are making progress and you don't claim to be omnipotent anymore. Pretty important distinction between those bets, so can you at least admit comparing those two as if they were equal was misleading, whether you "meant" to do it or not?

Some other books had it better.
